Casual Live Sound Technicians & Production Crew
Location: Walkerville & Greater Adelaide Area Position Type: Casual / Subcontractor (ABN preferred)
We are seeking reliable, hands-on Casual Sound Technicians and Event Crew to assist with audio setups, live event operation, and equipment bump-ins across Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport, set up, and test active PA systems, mixing consoles, wireless mics, and basic lighting.
- Run live audio checks and mix sound for events, speeches, and background music.
- Diagnose and resolve basic audio signal flow and equipment issues on site.
- Pack down production gear safely post-event and ensure pristine asset care.
Requirements
- Licence & Transport: Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Class C minimum) with a clean driving record and a suitable vehicle for gear transport.
- Manual Handling: Physically capable of safely lifting and mounting equipment up to 25kg.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of audio signal flow, analogue/digital mixers, and active PA systems.
- Punctuality & Documentation: Punctual, friendly, well presented and a clear communicator.
